Director at Givaudan, Mr. Michael Carlos has had an illustrious career in the perfumery industry. He has held several prominent positions including Chairman of The Research Institute of Fragrance Materials (RIFM) and of The International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Michael Carlos holds an MBA from the IIM and a degree in chemical engineering from the IIT.
